    • Orders will be shipped only to the billing address mentioned in the Proforma Invoice/Estimate.
    • Customers must verify their shipping address and contact details in the invoice to avoid any delivery issues.
  • Shipping Timeline and Processing

    • Standard orders are processed and shipped within 3 working days.
    • Customized orders may have different processing times, which will be communicated accordingly.
    • No shipments are made on Sundays or public holidays, as our logistics partners do not operate on these days.
  • Potential Delays

    While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to:

    • Customs clearance procedures
    • Flight delays
    • Unforeseen logistical issues
    • Other unavoidable circumstances

    We always work towards minimizing delays and keep customers updated on the status of their shipments.

  • Choice of Shipping Carrier

    • The selection of the shipping carrier is at the sole discretion of Snehal Creation.
    • We prefer to ship through trusted international courier services such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT, and Aramex for their reliability and efficiency.
    • Customers can visit the respective courier websites for the latest shipping charges and details.
  • Delivery and Responsibilities

    • The shipment will be delivered to the address provided by the customer, subject to successful customs clearance.
    • The total actual shipping cost will be added to the customer's final invoice.
    • For residential deliveries in the USA:
      • If no one is available to receive the package, courier agents (DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, etc.) may leave the package at the doorstep.
      • These deliveries do not require a signature confirmation. To avoid disputes, ensure someone is available to receive the package at the expected delivery time.
  • Package Inspection at Delivery

    • Customers must check the package carefully upon delivery.
    • If there is a difference in actual weight vs. airway bill weight or if any package is torn or tampered with, obtain a written note from the courier representative for further action.
  • Liability for Lost or Damaged Shipments

    • Snehal Creation is not responsible for any loss or damage to shipments caused by the shipping company during transit.
    • We cannot be held liable for delays, transit damage, or delivery failures caused by third-party courier services.
    • Once the package is received and acknowledged by the customer, it is considered "delivered in good condition", and no claims will be entertained thereafter.
  • Customs Duties and Additional Charges

    • Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
    • These charges are not included in the payment made to Snehal Creation.
    • The courier company may bill the duties and taxes separately at the time of delivery.
